Breakfast:
4 silver dollar chocolate chip pancakes with syrup
1 cup green tea

Lunch: Veggie sandwich from Jimmy Johns
1 cup green tea

Dinner: 1 1/2 cups mixed steamed vegetables
1 boca "chicken" patty
mustard
1 glass milk

Snack: 2 servings caramel corn
1/3 cup frozen yogurt with dark chocolate and pomegranate seeds
