Water: 150 ounces

One banana with white/green tea

1/4 cup low fat yogurt with fresh strawberries, mangoes, pomegranate, and blueberries. White tea.

1 grapefruit, 1 piece string cheese, 1 cup white tea

1 apple and 1 orange, white tea

2 cups mixed steamed veggies
1 serving chik'n strips
fat free feta
mustard
