Water: 200 ounces
Vitamins: Check
Work Out: Cardio, shake weight

Breakfast: 1 serving lower sugar oatmeal
fresh blueberries/ dried cranberries
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Snack: 1/3 cup low fat yogurt
fresh strawberries
fresh pomegranate seeds
1 cup green tea

Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit
1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese
1 cup baby carrots (raw)
1 cup green tea

Snack:1 medium orange
1 cup green tea

Dinner: 2 cups mixed steamed veggies
4 "chicken" nuggets
mustard

Before bed: 4 Oreoes with skim milk (damn you, Ryan)
