1 grapefruit, 1 piece string cheese, 1 cup white tea

1 apple and 1 orange, white tea

2 cups mixed steamed veggies
1 serving chik'n strips
fat free feta
mustard

Snack: 1/3 cup low fat yogurt
fresh strawberries
fresh pomegranate seeds
1 cup green tea

Lunch: 1/2 grapefruit
1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese
1 cup green tea

Snack:1 medium orange
1 cup green tea

Dinner: 2 cups mixed steamed veggies
1 serving faux "chikn" strips
mustard
fat free feta cheese (one serving)

Snack:1 medium orange

Dinner: Pizza and sugar-free, zero calorie lemonade. (A splurge, oh well.)

Dinner: 2 cups mixed steamed veggies

fat free feta cheese
mustard

1 handful mixed nuts
1 serving fat free pudding

I did not eat all day long...which is bad, I already know.

For dinner I had 2 chocolate chip pancakes, a fat-free feta cheese quesadilla, and sugar-free zero calorie lemonade.
